My passion is helping you improve your physical health and giving you back your freedom and control.
Leonie Mills Physio and Embodied Confidence Women’s Health was born through the desire to empower people to support themselves and promotes collaboration between the therapist and client to achieve the client’s goal. Our staff respects that clients share a significant amount of personal information and show understanding and empathy at all times.
No referral is required and there is a HICAPS machine available on-site for immediate health care fund rebates.
Leonie graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Notre Dame, Fremantle in 2012. Her two passions as a physiotherapist were to work in the area of Continence and Women’s Health and to work rurally. This led to Leonie completing a Graduate Certificate in Clinical Physiotherapy (Men’s, Women’s and Pelvic Health) in 2019 in addition to many other short courses in this field.
Leonie grew up on a farm and is originally from Nyabing. She understands the challenges that come with accessing high quality and consistent health care in a rural setting. With over 12 years’ experience as a physiotherapist, Leonie has worked in the Wheatbelt and now the Great Southern Region.
Outside of work, Leonie loves travelling, hiking and 4WDing. When at home, she enjoys cooking, reading and having friends and family around.
