We are here to spread the word that you don’t have to “live with it” and help is available.
My passion is helping you overcome debilitating issues and giving you back your freedom and control.
Leonie Mills Physio and Embodied Confidence Women’s Health was born through the desire to empower people to support themselves and promotes collaboration between the therapist and client to achieve the client’s goal. Our staff respects that clients share a significant amount of personal information and show understanding and empathy at all times.
No referral is required and there is a HICAPS machine available on-site for immediate health care fund rebates.
Leonie graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Notre Dame, Fremantle in 2012. Her two passions as a physiotherapist were to work in the area of Continence and Women’s Health and to work rurally. Leonie has over 5 years’ experience working in the Pilbara and has made Karratha home. She understands the challenges that come with accessing high quality and consistent health care in a rural setting.
Outside of work, Leonie loves exploring the Pilbara. She is a member of the Red Dog 4WD Club and enjoys checking out new camping spots. Leonie also volunteers with the Karratha State Emergency Service (SES) and plays netball during winter. When at home, she enjoys cooking, reading and having friends around.
